This website does not use cookies or any form of personal data collection. No personal data is stored, processed, or shared.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how our content is used. Plausible is privacy-friendly: no cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking. All data is aggregated and anonymous. See Plausible's data policy.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection metadata (IP addresses, request headers) as part of delivering the website. Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie for bot protection. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): website delivery via Cloudflare and anonymous analytics via Plausible. Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): if you use our software products.

International data transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. is a US-based company operating under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data may be processed in the US or other Cloudflare data center locations.

Data retention

Plausible Analytics retains only aggregated, anonymous data. No personal data is stored. Cloudflare retains connection logs per their retention policy.

Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21).

Since we do not collect personal data, these rights are unlikely to be applicable. If you believe we hold any data about you, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at.

Data breach notification

In the event of a data breach involving personal data, we will notify the Austrian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours (Art. 33 GDPR) and affected individuals without undue delay where required (Art. 34 GDPR).
